  • You are solely responsible for the content of any information you submit, and you warrant that it is truthful, up to date, and does not infringe the rights of any third party;
  • CVs submitted by Candidates via email are considered speculative and do not create a candidate–agency or agency–client relationship until formal engagement terms have been agreed in writing;
  • MRS does not guarantee that any submission will result in contact, interview, or employment;
  • You will not submit any content that is unlawful, defamatory, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate;
  • CVs and enquiries submitted through the Website and email are processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which explains how personal data is stored, used, and safeguarded under the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018;
  • While we take reasonable steps to protect information submitted via the Website, the transmission of data over the internet is never entirely secure. You accept that any information you send is submitted at your own risk.

MRS reserves the right to delete or disregard any unsolicited or irrelevant submissions, or those that do not comply with the above.

Any details about our recruitment services are provided for information only. No part of the Website forms a binding contract for the provision of recruitment services. Engagement of our services is subject solely to a formal written Recruitment Services Agreement, which will govern the terms, fees, obligations, and liabilities between MRS and the Client.

For Candidates:


This Website does not offer or guarantee employment. CVs submitted by email are received speculatively and reviewed at MRS’s discretion. Inclusion of information about roles or sectors on the Website does not indicate the availability of current vacancies or opportunities. It is the responsibility of each Candidate to ensure that they meet the requirements of any opportunity discussed and to conduct their own due diligence.
